Ingredients: 150 g cheese, 100 g nuts, 2 egg yolks, 10 g butter, vanilla, lemon peel, saccharin (1-2 tablets)

Ingredients: 150 g apples, 1 egg, 20 g sour-cream (one spoon), 1-2 tablets saccharin, cinnamon (according to your taste).
Remove the apples’ peel and race them, place them in a pot with water and cinnamon to fire. When you have them softened add the saccharine tablets dissolved in 1/2 tablespoon of hot water and place the composition in cold. Whip the yolks well and add apples which must be drained of juice, sour cream, beaten albumen of the egg and mix everything. Pour the composition into a buttered pan and bake it for 20-25 minutes on heat.
Bananas cream
Ingredients: 200g banana, 2 tablets of saccharine, 250 ml milk, a piece of vanilla stick
Peel off bananas, crush them and cook well. Mix with pissed vanilla. Then the puree is diluted in the boiled and cooled milk in which the saccharine was dissolved.
