1.Meringues with nuts [2 portions]
-2 albumen
-100g walnuts
-1 / 2 lemon
-2 to 3 tablets of saccharin
-5 g butter
Total: 10 g carbohydrate
Beat hard the egg albument till you get a foam. Then you add the grounded nuts, lemon zest, and the saccharine dissolved in 1/2 teaspoon of water. Mix everything very easily. With a cornet put small weights of the composition on a sprawling pan with parchment paper. Bake in oven at a very low heat for 40-60 minutes. When the meringues are cooled remove the paper. Actually, you can substitute the walnuts with ground almonds or hazelnuts.

2. Cream milk with a full egg [2 portions]
175g-milk [or water 150ml sour-cream 25g]
-2 eggs
-Vanilla
-2 Saccharin tablets
Total: 7 g carbohydrate
The milk has to be boiled or if you do not have milk you could substitute it with water and sour- cream. Add vanilla and
saccharin. Place the bowl aside. Beat the egg foam, in which gradually incorporate littleby little hot milk. Don not forget to stirr it constantly. This composition should be boiled in a bain-marie in the oven, placing the bowel with the cream in a bigger and taller bowel with water. Keep it in the oven or 30-40 min. After the composition cools down the cream can be taken with a plate placed above the dish with the cream. It can be served with fruit puree and sprinkled with finely ground nuts or cacao. It has to be consumes the same day.
3. cream milk with orange [2 portions]
-200ml milk
-2 Eggs
-50 g slices of orange
-2 Saccharin tablets
Total: 13 g carbohydrate
Boil the milk. Then when it cools slightly add it gradually to the mixture that you previously prepared from beaten eggs with orange slices and and saccharine. Mix composition and put in a pot or two, boil in a bain-marie in the oven at low heat for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven, when it cools, sprinkle with orange zest. Serve directly from the dish it was prepared.
4. Fruit cream [2 portions]
-200 ml milk
-2 Eggs
-100g fruit [strawberry, wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry]
-2 Saccharin tablets
Total: 23 g carbohydrate
Boil the milk. When it cools slightly and gradually add the eggs’ foam. The composition has to placed on a on very small stove fire, in a bain-marie, stirring constantly, until it gets thick. When it cools down add crushed and sieved fruits sweetened with the saccharine dissolved in 1/2 teaspoon of hot water, stir and put in cold place.
5.Strawberry cream [1 cup]
Sour-cream -75g
-1 yolk
-100 ml. white wine
Strawberry-100g
-1 / 2 lemon
-2 Saccharin tablets
Total: 13 g carbohydrate
Beat the sour-cream, white wine, and egg yolk. Heat it on a small fire (but make sure it does not boil) stirring constantly until you get a thick composition. Then add fruits, which you may crush with a fork or add fruit juice sweetened with the saccharin and some lemon juice. Mix well and put in the cold. You cab decorate with fresh fruit when serving.
